Teppanyaki

Ingredients: 6 ounces of steak, 4 ounces of shrimp, 4 ounces of squid, 1 chicken leg, 1 onion, 1/2 pound of bean sprouts, 1 sheet of aluminum foil, 1 stick of butter, 1/2 cup of garlic, 1/3 cup of chili, a little wine, some black pepper sauce

(1) Debone the chicken thighs. Dice the beef, chicken thighs and squid. Shred the onion. Crush the garlic and mince the chili. Set aside.

Grilled Squid

Ingredients: one fresh squid, one onion, a handful of dried chili peppers, two slices of ginger, one scallion, seasoning: salt, soy sauce, soy sauce

4 Add onion, squid shreds, salt and soy sauce and stir well

Ingredients: 200g beef, bell pepper (multi-colored bell peppers are better), carrots, celery

1. Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, salt, ground black pepper powder, wine, a little baking soda (optional), a little oil and sugar for a few hours.

2. Then heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the beef. Serve (do not overcook the beef).

3. At the same time, heat another cast iron pot (plate) on the stove, add a little oil, then add minced garlic, pour in the vegetables, stir well, add salt, stir fry a few times, pour in the beef, then sprinkle with self-grinded black pepper powder, and it is better to spray a little strong liquor, stir well and put it in the pot.
