Olive fried vermicelli recipe

When the sweet potato production season comes, a large amount of vermicelli begins to appear on the market. It is a very easy-to-match ingredient. If you are tired of eating cabbage, you can pair it with vermicelli and add some pork. It is simply a delicacy and goes very well with rice. Of course, there are many other ways to pair vermicelli, making it a versatile food ingredient. This article introduces several simple methods of cooking fried vermicelli with olives. Let’s take a look.

Olive Vermicelli

Ingredients: Half an olive, some vermicelli, two eggs, a small amount of chopped green onion, a small amount of chopped garlic

1.1: Add a small amount of oil. When the oil is hot, add the beaten eggs and stir until they are broken into small pieces.

2.2: Add the shredded green cabbage, stir-fry, add appropriate amount of MSG and a little salt.

3.3: When the cabbage collapses slightly, add the chopped vermicelli and continue to stir-fry! When the vermicelli is fried soft, add chopped garlic, sesame oil, and a little vinegar! Remove from the pan! 4. Note: Use cold water in advance for the vermicelli, it must be cold water, otherwise it will be too soft, soak for more than half an hour! Do not stir-fry for too long, the cabbage should be slightly crispy and delicious!

Fried Vermicelli with XO Sauce

Ingredients: Longkou vermicelli (200g), dried scallops (5 pieces), dried shrimp (1 spoon), crab sticks (3 pieces)

Ingredients: chopped green onion, coriander (appropriate amount), minced garlic, minced ginger (a little each)

Seasoning: XO sauce (2 spoons), salt, chicken powder (1 teaspoon each), sesame oil (a little)

1. Soak the vermicelli in clean water until soft, then remove and drain; soak the scallops in clean water until soft, then remove and tear into strips; rinse the dried shrimps with water; cut the crab sticks into small pieces.

2. Put 3 spoons of oil in the pot and sauté the minced garlic, minced ginger, XO sauce, scallops, and dried shrimps. Add salt and chicken powder for seasoning. Add vermicelli and crab sticks. Use chopsticks and a spatula to stir-fry all the ingredients evenly until cooked. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and coriander, and add a few drops of sesame oil. Tips 1: Longkou vermicelli is better as it is more elastic. One time I bought some vermicelli at random, and when I took it home and soaked it in water, it broke and was limp, and I couldn't fry it at all.

2. It’s okay without dried scallops and dried shrimps, because they are already in the XO sauce, but I just want a stronger seafood flavor.

Colorful Fried Vermicelli

Ingredients: 2 vermicelli, 1 small piece of lean meat, 1 small carrot, 1~2 spinach, 1 egg

1. Beat the eggs, brush a little oil on the non-stick pan, spread the eggs into egg skins, let them cool and cut into strips for later use

2. Cut the lean meat into shreds, mix with soy sauce, vegetable oil and starch, and marinate for later use.

3. Take only the stems of spinach and cut them into shreds. Cut carrots into shreds

4. Bring a pot of hot water to a boil, blanch the vermicelli, use chopsticks to separate them (do not overcook), remove them and rinse them with cold water (you can rinse them with cold water under the faucet), drain and set aside

5. Heat a pan and add a little oil. Fry the pork until fragrant. Then add the spinach and carrot shreds and stir-fry. Add a little salt and stir-fry evenly.

6. After the vegetables are fried soft, add the drained vermicelli and stir well.

7. Season with soy sauce and a little oyster sauce, stir well

8. After turning off the heat, sprinkle the egg shreds on top and stir-fry evenly with the remaining heat.
