How to make whole wheat steamed buns

1. Mix material A evenly and knead into a smooth dough.

9. Prepare the side dishes. Dice the tenderloin, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking oil, five-spice powder, and oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for a while. Dice the garlic shoots, red pepper, and green onions, and blanch the sweet corn kernels in boiling water.

10. Put some oil in the pan and stir-fry the diced meat first, then serve. Put a little more oil in the pan, pour in the garlic shoots, add a little salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry until cooked, then add the red pepper and corn kernels, stir-fry evenly, then pour in the diced meat and chopped green onions, mix well and serve with a small bowl of whole wheat.
