How to make super soft red bean paste rolls

7. After deflation and balling of the fermented dough, divide it into 5 portions, knead it into small doughs, cover with plastic wrap and let it relax for 15 minutes.

8.1 After wrapping the red bean paste, place the dough with the seam facing down.

9.2100g red bean paste, divided into 20g portions in advance and rolled into balls. Take a small piece of dough, flatten it, and add a 20g red bean paste ball.

10. Shape into an oval.

11. Use a knife to cut into 4 pieces, but do not cut through the sides.

12. Use your hands to pull both ends to stretch the dough, roll it up, and let the head and tail intersect at the bottom.

13.Put the rolled up red bean paste roll into paper wrap.

14. Arrange the 5 prepared bean paste rolls on a baking tray and put them in the oven for final fermentation.

15. After 1 hour, the bread dough has fermented to twice its original size.

16. Brush the surface with egg liquid.

17. Put it into the oven preheated to 180 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, for 15 minutes. (For reference only, please adjust according to your own oven conditions).
