Sterilization and anti-virus methods

Sterilization and anti-virus methods

Sometimes we find that there are always a few people around us who like cooking very much. They regard cooking as a hobby. Every dish is their own successful work. We should not always envy others' talents. In fact, we can learn it. The following is an introduction to sterilization and detoxification. Let's start now.

1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, pour in the flour, and beat the eggs directly into the flour bowl. Use chopsticks to stir into a dough. ——I didn’t measure the milk. When I added the eggs to the powder, if it was a little dry, I would just add it little by little.

2. Leave the smooth dough to ferment for two hours. When it expands to twice its size and does not shrink when pressed with your fingers, press down with your hand to deflate it. After re-rolling, divide into six equal parts. ——Don’t be too careful when deflating it, just press it hard to flatten it! It will bounce back up. ——After the air was released, I added some sugar so that the bread would be a little sweet.

3. Roll the divided dough into the shape of ox tongue and sprinkle pepper and salt on it. Wrap into olive shape and place on a tray.

4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the arranged bread dough, brush a layer of egg liquid, and bake it into a beautiful golden color. ——Unfortunately, I over-baked it and it was a little burnt in the end. . .

6. Make a cut on the bread dough without cutting through it. Fill the cracks with the prepared garlic sauce. Final fermentation for 30 minutes. Spray a little water and place in the middle of the oven. 200°C, 17mins. —Actually, mine was a little burnt. The temperature should be lowered.

After reading the editor’s introduction, I think many friends will be interested in sterilization and antiviral treatment. Are you interested and want to try it yourself?
