How to make cheese pie

1. Warm the milk to about 30-40 degrees, add yeast and let it stand for 5 minutes, add a little sugar to the flour and mix evenly, then pour the milk yeast into the flour to make a dough, which is similar to the dough for making dumplings, knead it smooth and set it aside

2.1 Divide the dough into 30g pieces each, roll them into dumpling wrappers that are thick in the middle and thin around the edges, add appropriate amount of fillings, wrap them into small buns, wrap them with plastic wrap and let them ferment at room temperature for half an hour, then refrigerate overnight

3.2 Grate the mozzarella into thin strips and mix it evenly with the stuffing. I forgot to take a picture of this step. Here is the stuffing I used for the stuffing. It contains vermicelli, fried minced meat, mushrooms, thousand sheets of skin, and green onions.

4. In the morning, put a little oil in the pan (only a little oil is enough, just make sure that each bun bottom is evenly coated with oil), put the folded side of the bun down, press it flat with your palm, and let the bun bottom be coated with oil. Fry the bun bottom for one or two minutes until it turns golden brown. Pour half a bowl of water into the pot with a small bowl, cover it with a lid and simmer for a few minutes. When there is no water in the pot, open the lid, turn each bun over and fry until golden brown.
