1. Put flour, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl and stir!

2. Slowly add warm water and stir until it becomes flocculent!

3. Knead it into a soft and smooth dough, cover it and let it relax for half an hour!

4. Put the peppercorns into the wok and stir-fry over low heat!

5. Crush it with a rolling pin!

18. Brush the mahjong with pepper and salt and roll it up!
