How to make hamburger buns (medium method)

8. After the fermented dough is taken out and the air is exhausted, divide it into 5 equal parts and place them in coated paper trays.

9. Let the kneaded dough ferment directly in the bread machine until it is 2-2.5 times larger. Use your hands with flour to poke holes until it does not shrink.

10. Place it in the middle layer of the oven, put a bowl of hot water underneath, turn on the fermentation function, and let it ferment until it is twice as large. (It’s hot now, so you can ferment directly at room temperature, but remember to cover the dough with plastic wrap)

11. After fermentation is completed, take out the dough and brush the egg yolk liquid on the surface of the dough. (Preheat the oven)

12. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

13. Place the hamburger embryo in the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 170 degrees for about 18 minutes. Observe the color while baking. To prevent the hamburger embryo from being too dark in color, place a piece of tin foil on the hamburger embryo after baking.

14. Take it out of the oven and let it cool before eating, or you can save it to make various burgers.
