In a busy life, it is a great happiness to be able to have a delicious meal when you return home. If you don’t have much time to prepare dinner, you can choose simple ingredients, stir-fry them briefly and you’re done. It’s that easy to make chewy pork skin jelly. 1. Put the purchased pig skin into a pot with cold water and boil it for 5 minutes. (Soak in cold water before cooking) 2. Rinse the cooked pig skin with cold water to clean the surface of the pig skin and the fat inside the pig skin. (Hair clip treatment) 3. After boiling, skim off the foam, add softened soybeans, onions, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, salt, cover the pot and simmer for 50 minutes. (Soak the soybeans in warm water for three hours in advance) 4. Rinse the cleaned pig skin with cold water, put the cold water into the pot and boil it over high heat. (The ratio of pig skin to water is 1:3) 5. The cooked pig skin is soft and the soup is thick. Pick out the added onions, ginger, and garlic and discard them. 6. Pour into a food processor and press the soy milk button to blend into a milk-like state. 7. Pour into a mold, let cool and refrigerate. Cut into pieces and serve on a plate when eating. (Mold Figure 1) 8. The mold is soft and the pork skin jelly will come out of it when you push it with your hand. Place it upside down on a plate and arrange cucumber slices in a lace pattern. Mix chopped green onion, chopped red pepper, mashed garlic, vinegar, salt, oyster sauce, pepper water and homemade chili sauce, and pour it on the cut jelly (mold 1) on the plate. 10. Arrange the dish using mold 2. You can use your imagination and add your favorite ingredients and sauces to create your own creative dish. Cooking is not difficult. As long as you are willing, you will immediately gain confidence even if you are not good at cooking. |
