How to make Xi'an Liangpi

A healthy body is not inevitable. Each of us needs to learn to cherish it. If we want to be healthy, we must eat healthily. Eating out may not guarantee health. Therefore, it is wiser to make it yourself. Xi'an cold noodles are simple to make and can be completed in just over ten minutes.

1. Prepare ingredients: starch, flour, and your favorite vegetables.

2. Add an appropriate amount of cold boiled water into the basin and stir it evenly with chopsticks. When there are no lumps of dough in it, the dough is ready.

3. Pour a spoonful of the flour water into the cold skin roll, then swirl it in boiling water until the cold skin solidifies. Cover the pot and take it out when big bubbles appear.

4. Place the steamed cold noodles in a basin of cold water until they are cool.

5. Use a toothpick to draw a circle around the prepared cold skin, take it out and put it on the grate. Brush some oil on each cold skin you put on.

6. Put the cold skin on the chopping board, cut it, and then put it on a plate.

7. Add your favorite vegetables to the cold noodles, add salt, aniseed water, chili oil, and MSG, stir well and serve.
