To put it simply, baking is the process of making various pastries and delicacies using baking flour. When baking, the seasonings used are different, and the baked foods made are actually different, and the tastes are also different. There are many baked foods, and people who like to bake delicacies can make a variety of baked delicacies according to their own or their family's preferences.

Baking Recipes

1. How to make cocoa sponge cake

Ingredients: 600g eggs, 300g white sugar, 290g low-gluten flour, 30g cocoa powder, 100g butter, and appropriate amount of skimmed milk.

Utensils: mixing bucket, sieve, small pot, paper mat, cake ring, baking tray, cake board.

Preparation method:

(1) Preheat the oven to 180℃ (or 180℃ for upper heat and 165℃ for lower heat) and set aside.

(2) Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add sugar, and blend in a blender until they turn pale and form a thick foam.

(3) Sieve the cake flour and cocoa powder through a sieve, gently pour them into a mixing bowl, add the melted and cooled butter oil and skim milk, and stir evenly to make a cake batter.

(4) Place the cake dough on the cake ring in the baking pan and smooth it with your hands before baking in the oven.

(5) Bake for about 30 minutes. When the cake is fully cooked, take it out and place it on a cake board while it is still hot. It can be used after it cools down.

2. How to make chocolate cake

Baking ingredients: 3 egg yolks, 20g granulated sugar, 3 egg whites, 30g granulated sugar, 40g low-gluten flour, 8g cocoa powder, filling and surface materials: 200g animal cream, 20g granulated sugar, brown chocolate pen, white chocolate pen

Baking Recipes:

1. Make cake slices: separate egg whites and egg yolks, beat egg yolks + 20g fine sugar until thick and white, set aside.

2. Add granulated sugar to the egg whites in three batches and beat until the egg whites form right-angled peaks.

3. Take a small amount of egg white and add it to the egg yolk paste in step 1. Stir evenly with a rubber spatula. After mixing well, pour into the remaining egg whites and stir evenly.

4. Sift the low-gluten flour and cocoa powder into the egg mixture, and mix well with a rubber spatula until no dry powder is visible.

5. Pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 170 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Take it out when the surface feels elastic. Avoid over-baking.

6. After baking, remove the cake slices and baking paper from the baking tray, let them cool for 1-2 minutes, and then tear off the baking paper.

7. Whip fresh cream + 20g fine sugar until 100% fluffy (with a right-angled peak when picked up)

8. Use the surface of the cake slices when baked as the inner layer of the cake roll, and then spread it with whipped cream.

9. After rolling up, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

10. After it is shaped, spread the remaining cream on the surface of the cake roll, and then you can cut it into pieces and eat it.

3. How to make vanilla sponge cake

Ingredients: 630g eggs, 310g white sugar, 5g vanillin or vanilla powder, 310g low-gluten flour, 100g lettuce oil, and appropriate amount of skimmed milk.

Utensils: mixing bucket, sieve, paper mat, cake ring, cake board.

Preparation method:

(1) Preheat the oven to 180℃ (or 180℃ for upper heat and 165℃ for lower heat) and set aside.

(2) Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add sugar and vanillin or vanilla powder, and beat in a blender until thick and pale.

(3) Gently add the sifted flour into the mixing bowl, mix well, then add vegetable oil and skimmed milk, and continue mixing until it becomes a cake batter.

(4) Place the cake dough into the cake ring on the baking tray lined with paper, smooth it with your hands, and bake in the oven.

(5) Bake for about 30 minutes. When the cake is fully cooked, take it out and place it on a cake board while it is still hot. It can be used after it cools down.

4. How to make low-fat red date cake

Low-fat red date cake (reference quantity: 12 small cakes with a diameter of 4 cm)

It has a low fat content and a strong red date flavor, making it delicious and nourishing.

Ingredients: 90g flour, 60g brown sugar, 1 egg, 135g dried red dates, 135g water, 30g butter, 3g baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (2.5ML)

Baking: middle layer of the oven, 180 degrees, about 15 minutes

Baking Recipes:

1. Remove the core of the red dates and chop them into small pieces with a knife (try to chop them as finely as possible).

2. Put the chopped red dates into a small pot, add water and cook until the water boils.

3. After boiling, add baking soda and stir evenly, then add butter and stir until the butter is melted. Finally, add brown sugar and stir until it dissolves.

4. Sift together the low-gluten flour and baking powder, and pour the mixture in the third step into the flour.

5. Pour in the beaten eggs.

6. Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly. Stir from the bottom up, do not stir in circles.

7. Stop stirring when the flour is completely moistened.

8. Pour the mixed batter into the mold, 70% full. Immediately put the mold into the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake on the middle layer for about 15 minutes until the cake is fully puffed. Use a toothpick to poke into the center of the cake and then pull it out. If there is no residue on the toothpick, it means the cake is baked.
