How to make healthy bread

The pressure we face every day is very great. If we don’t treat ourselves well and just eat something casually, we will be very sorry for ourselves. Moreover, being casual about three meals a day can easily make the body suffer from diseases. The method of making healthy bread is simple, and it also has a certain stress-relieving effect.

1. Peel and slice the carrots, cook them in the microwave, add appropriate amount of water (within 200g) and stir to crush. Weigh the other ingredients.

2. Except for butter and auxiliary ingredients, mix everything evenly. The amount of water added to the dough can be increased or decreased according to actual conditions.

3. After the flour is evenly mixed, add butter and flax seeds, and start stirring until the dough forms a film (it is difficult to form a film after adding whole wheat flour and flax seeds, so it took me about 50 minutes to knead the dough)

4. Put it in the oven and let it rise until it is 2.5 times larger! (The hair came out)

5. After it has risen, take out the air and weigh it into small portions (the size can be adjusted according to personal preference, I use 40g each), add raisins to shape them and place them in a baking tray for secondary fermentation.

6. Let it rise again until it is twice as large, put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven (180 degrees for 10 minutes) and bake for 10 minutes. Depending on the color, move it to the lower layer and bake for another 10 minutes.

7. Comes out of the oven, crispy on the outside and soft and elastic on the inside!

A simple home-cooked dish only takes a dozen minutes. Healthy bread is easy to learn and make. Just prepare the necessary ingredients and you can make delicious food.
