Can spinach be used to make dumplings?

Spinach is a common vegetable in our lives. It contains a lot of iron and can replenish blood, so spinach is suitable for female friends during menstruation. Pick and wash the spinach.

Prepare other raw materials.

Blanch the vegetables in boiling water, then quickly remove and rinse with cold water for later use.

Beat the eggs with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and fry them in a frying pan with a little oil until solidified.

Boil the vermicelli in a pot until soft, then rinse with cold water, remove from the pot, drain and set aside. (If the vermicelli is thicker, you can soak it in advance and then cook it to make it softer)

Squeeze the spinach and chop it into small pieces. Also chop the vermicelli and set aside.

Pour a proper amount of peanut oil into the wok, add a few peppercorns and fry until fragrant, then turn off the heat and let cool.

Put spinach, eggs and vermicelli together, pick out the peppercorns, pour oil into the dish and stir.

Add two teaspoons of salt, one spoon of light soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil to the filling.

Mix the filling ingredients until smooth.

Slowly add warm water to the flour and knead it into a smooth dough. Cover it with a wet cloth or plastic wrap for a while. (This step can be prepared before cooking, sugar)

Divide the sugared dough into small pieces and knead them until smooth.

Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long strip.

Cut into small pieces with a knife.

Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a round cake shape.

Sprinkle a little flour on the dumpling mold.

Place the dumpling wrapper on the dumpling mold with a depression in the middle.

Put an appropriate amount of filling in the middle groove of the dough.

Fold the two halves in half and hold the dumpling tightly.

Trim off the excess dough at the edges and open it.

Boil water in a pot, put the dumplings in after the water boils and cook them. Generally, it only takes three boils to cook.

Precautions

1. Whether spinach is stir-fried, served cold or in other dishes, it will not be astringent if it is blanched in boiling water. It will also destroy oxalic acid which is harmful to the human body. But don't cook it for a long time or the vitamins will be lost.

2. When using the dumpling mold, sprinkle flour first to prevent sticking, and put in an appropriate amount of fillings and don’t be greedy, otherwise it will not be able to wrap.

3. If you are a novice and can’t make dumplings, I think this mold can play a big role, haha. I feel that the package looks good, but the speed is a bit slow
