How to make spicy kimchi rice cake with cheese

A good diet is directly related to our health. It is easy to eat out, but health is not guaranteed. Therefore, even if we have limited time, we might as well make some simple dishes at home. The method of cheese and spicy kimchi rice cake is very simple, and it can also provide the body with a variety of necessary nutrients.

1. Prepare the materials first

2. Boil a hard-boiled egg first and set it aside to cool

3. Boil water in a pot and separate the rice cakes

4. After boiling the water, cook the rice cake for 5 minutes (I have tried soaking it in hot water for 20 minutes before)

5. Rinse the rice cake in cold water

6. Cut the cucumber and onion into shreds

7. Wipe the pan dry, heat the pan for a while, add oil, and sauté the onions.

8. Then add cucumber shreds and kimchi

9. Add Korean hot sauce (you can also add appropriate amount of ketchup according to different people's taste) and pour in appropriate amount of water

10. Add rice cake strips, a little cooking wine (optional, just for personal taste) and a small spoonful of salt

11. Add halved boiled eggs and sugar, wait for the sauce to collect, and stir fry evenly.

12. When it is almost time to serve, put the eggs on a plate, add cheese and turn down the heat.

13. When it is almost melted, you can serve it out of the pot.
