How to make steamed dumplings with sauerkraut filling

Busy work makes many people lose interest in cooking for themselves, and they just eat out every day to fill their stomachs. However, the result of doing so is that their health is in a sub-healthy state and they become more prone to illness. Steamed dumplings with sauerkraut stuffing are easy to make and can help improve the body's resistance and better maintain health.

1. Use warm water to mix the flour into a smooth dough and let it rest for 15 minutes!

2. While the dough is resting, rinse the sauerkraut with running water and squeeze out the water!

3. Peel off the sauerkraut leaves layer by layer, cut into shreds and then chop into minced pieces!

4. Squeeze the chopped sauerkraut dry and set aside!

5. Add appropriate amount of five-spice powder, salt, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onion and ginger into the meat filling and stir in one direction!

6. Add sauerkraut into the filling and mix well!

7. Knead the dough that has been proofed on the chopping board, roll it into strips, and cut it into even pieces!

8. Press the dough into a round shape and then roll it into dumpling skins!

9. Put appropriate amount of fillings into the dumpling skin and wrap it into dumplings!

10. Add enough water to the pot and steam over high heat for 12 minutes!

11. The delicious steamed dumplings are out of the pot! Serve with pickled Laba garlic!

12. Decorate it a little! Strike a pose!
