Deep sea yellow croaker

practice:

Remove the internal organs of the small yellow croaker, wash it clean, sprinkle with salt, and marinate for a while.

Mix flour and starch in a ratio of 2:1, add appropriate amount of baking powder, and mix with water to make a thin paste.

Dip the marinated fish into the crispy batter, fry in a pan until golden brown and then take out.

Yellow croaker, tofu, onion, ginger, garlic, dried red pepper, a little starch, cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar.

practice:

Clean the yellow croaker, cut the tofu into cubes, mince the green onion and ginger, chop the garlic into small pieces, and break the dried chili into small pieces;

Wash and drain the yellow croaker;

Coat the fish with starch;

Heat the pan, rub ginger slices on the pan wall, then pour in oil.

When the oil is slightly hot, put the fish in and fry it. Turn it over after 2 minutes and fry for another 2 minutes.

Add dried chili peppers, onions, ginger and garlic into the pot and stir-fry briefly;

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and then pour in the tofu cubes;

Add hot water to a pot, cover the fish and tofu, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat, add vinegar and cook for about 15 minutes;

Add a little white sugar before serving and bring to a boil.

Scrape the scales of the yellow croaker, remove the internal organs, wash off the blood and cut into sections. Add salt, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes;

Put a few scallions on the plate, then put the yellow croaker on it and arrange the plate, then add a little salt, soy sauce, some cooking wine, and then put shredded ginger and scallions on the fish;

After the water in the pot boils, put the fish into the pot and steam it over high heat for 8 minutes.

Yellow croaker, lard, eggs, sugar, dry starch, refined salt, wet starch, MSG, pickled vegetables, black fungus, and fresh soup.

practice:

Wash and bone the yellow croaker, cut into thin slices, add refined salt, egg white and dry starch and mix well to coat; blanch the fungus with boiling water and set aside.

Add lard and cook until it is half done, then put the fish slices into the pan. When the fish slices float up, scoop them up with a slotted spoon and drain the oil.

Put fresh soup and salt in the original pot, put the fish fillets into the pot, boil over low heat, skim off the foam, add marinade, sugar, salt and MSG, pour water starch into the pot to thicken, turn the fish fillets over and pour hot lard on them. Remove from the heat and place in a bowl with fungus.
