How to make fragrant rice noodle pot

1. Cut the dried tofu into thin strips, blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes and set aside

2. Boil the mung bean sprouts in boiling water for 3 minutes, remove and set aside

3. Boil the rapeseed in boiling water for 5 minutes and set aside

4. Broth: Cut the pork belly into small pieces, add water, salt, and green onion and cook over low heat for 40 minutes

5. Pour the broth into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Pour in the rice noodles and cook until they are 80% cooked.

6. Pour in the previously blanched greens, mung bean sprouts, and dried tofu shreds and cook for 1 minute. Add appropriate amount of chicken essence for seasoning.

7. Put the cut corn sausage on the plate
