How to make salty cake

Repeating the nine-to-five life every day, I have no energy to cook after get off work. The method of making salty cake is relatively simple. You need to use a wok as a cooking utensil. Simply prepare the ingredients and put them in the pot to steam. In less than ten minutes, you can share the joy brought by delicious food immediately.

1. Prepare the ingredients: low flour (to be sifted), sugar, eggs, meat filling

2. Prepare seasonings, salt, soy sauce, and fried shallots

3. Chop the meat filling directly with the back of a knife

4. Heat the pan, add a proper amount of oil and stir-fry the meat filling until it becomes loose and granular.

5. Add soy sauce

6. Add salt

7. Add some sugar for seasoning and stir-fry until the juice is dry.

8. Add the fried shallots

9. Become Minced Meat

10. Beat the eggs into the egg bowl

11. Beat with a whisk until foamy and pour in the first amount of granulated sugar

12. After the color becomes lighter, pour in the remaining white sugar

13. Beat until the color becomes milky white.

14. Then pour in the sifted low flour twice. Note that the technique is to stir.

15. Stir until there are no particles, then pour in the second batch of low flour and continue to stir.

17. Apply a little oil inside the mold

18. Sift in another layer of low powder to prevent sticking

19. Pour half of the batter

20. Make sure the water in the pot is boiling

21. Put the cake batter in, cover the pot and steam for ten minutes.

22. Add meat filling when time is up

23. Pour the other half of the cake batter and continue steaming on high heat for 20 minutes. Turn it upside down after it cools down.
