How to make meat floss ham bread rolls

1. Put all the bread ingredients into a bowl except butter.

2. Knead into a uniform and smooth dough and wrap it in butter.

3. Continue kneading the dough until a thin film can be pulled out.

4. Put it in a basin and cover it with a wet towel.

5. Ferment until it is 2.5 times larger. When you poke the hole with your finger, it doesn't retract or bounce back.

6. Remove the air and let it sit for 10 minutes.

7. Roll the rested dough into a rectangle.

8. Add appropriate amount of salad dressing. Be careful not to squeeze the salad dressing on the top, otherwise the dough will not stick when you roll it up later.

9. Spread with meat floss. Be careful not to put meat floss on the top, otherwise the slices will not stick together later.

10. Roll up the dough from bottom to top. Tighten the opening.

11. Divide into 4 equal parts.

12. Grease the 4-inch mold to prevent sticking.

13. Place the rolled bread roll in the middle of the mold. Place in a warm, humid environment and ferment until it doubles in size.

14. During the fermentation process, prepare the ham sausage and cut it into slices.

15. Brush the fermented bread rolls with egg liquid.

16. Place the ham on the bread roll.

17. Squeeze on a small amount of salad dressing.

18. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
