This method can also be used to make fried chicken feet, but be careful to wash the raw chicken feet, remove the nails, and then cut them into small pieces of about 1.5 cm. That is to say, each finger of the claw should be cut into at least 2 small pieces. 11. You can also make it into small fried ribs, using the same method as above. The ribs should be small and then cut into 2cm pieces. It should be smaller than other roasted ribs. If it is bigger, it will not taste good. The size greatly affects the taste and texture.
