1. Find a clean basin without water or oil, and put the eggs and sugar into the basin.

2. Find a larger basin, add warm water to it, put the basin with eggs and sugar into the larger basin, (warm water makes it easier to dissolve sugar and beat eggs) and start beating with a whisk.

3. After about five minutes, lift the whisk and if the lines do not disappear immediately, it means that the egg has been beaten.

4. Add flour and baking powder into the bowl

5. Use a spatula to stir from the bottom up, and never stir in circles. After mixing the flour, add milk and mix well

6. Find the mold

7. Put baking paper on top and pour the batter in until it is 80% full (try not to delay pouring the batter and put it into the oven early to prevent the milk from settling)

8. Put the batter into the oven at 120℃ for 25 minutes. (If your oven temperature is lower than the average oven, increase the temperature.) This is baked. You can add some sesame seeds before baking.

9. Take it out of the mold and you can start eating
