How to make hazelnut paste sandwich bread

The key to making hazelnut paste sandwich bread is to control the taste. Pay attention to preparing the necessary seasonings, such as cooking wine, chicken essence, and soy sauce. Pay attention to controlling the taste. It is best to add seasoning when the food is about to be served. Add appropriate amount of seasoning according to personal taste, serve on a plate and enjoy the delicious taste.

1. Mix all the raw materials except corn oil evenly, knead into a smooth dough, let the sugar ferment for 20 minutes, add 30 grams of corn oil and knead until the expansion stage for fermentation. My method is to add 40-degree warm water into the pot, put the basin into the pot, cover the pot and let it ferment. This way the fermentation speed is faster and the dough will not be dry.

2. After about an hour, the dough will become 2-2.5 times larger.

3. Dip a chopstick in flour and insert it into the middle of the dough. If it does not shrink or collapse, it proves that it is fully fermented!

4. Exhaust the fermented dough, divide it into eight portions, and cover it with a wet cloth for secondary fermentation.

5. After about 20 minutes, the dough will double in size and start shaping the bread.

6. Brush the inner layer of the baking pan with appropriate amount of corn oil for later use

7. Take a dough and roll it into an oval shape

8. Apply half of the hazelnut paste

10. Cover the half without hazelnut paste

11. Spread a layer of hazelnut paste on the surface

12. Roll up from one end to the other

13. After rolling, put it into the mold

14. Make the remaining dough one by one. Because there are elderly people in my family who don’t eat sweet food, I left half of it without hazelnut paste. The method is the same as above.

15. Put the mold into the oven for the final fermentation. Put a basin of hot water at 50 to 60 degrees on the bottom of the oven, put the mold on the top layer of the hot water, and close the oven door.

16. After about 40 minutes, the bread is fully fermented. Take it out and brush the surface with egg liquid. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

17. Brush with egg liquid, put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes to half an hour, and then take it out of the oven.

18. The surface is golden yellow.

19. My dough fermented too much and a flower bud fell off
