How to make xylitol cheesecake

1. Weigh all materials. Thaw eggs and soften cream cheese at room temperature.

2. Crush the Oreo cookies with a rolling pin.

3. Cut the butter into small pieces and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds until it becomes liquid.

4. Wrap the mold with tin foil. Grease the inner wall with butter.

5. Mix the remaining butter and Oreos.

6. Pour into the mold, press it flat, and refrigerate for later use.

7. Put the egg white in a bowl without oil or water, and put the egg yolk in a bowl.

8. Add xylitol to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.

9. Beat the cream cheese over hot water until smooth.

10. Remove from the hot water, put an egg in the bowl and beat it evenly, then add the second egg yolk and continue beating it evenly.

11. Add yogurt and beat evenly.

12. Sift in corn starch and stir evenly.

13. Scoop 1/3 of the egg white into the bowl and mix well.

14. Pour the paste from step 13 into the egg white paste and continue to stir evenly.

15. Pour into the mold, shake out the bubbles, and place in a baking tray filled with water.

16. Put it in the oven preheated to 150 degrees, upper and lower fire 150 degrees, 75 minutes.

17. After it has cooled completely, remove from the mould and refrigerate for more than 2 hours.

18. Add xylitol to the whipped cream and beat until 90% done, with clear lines and without spilling when poured into a bowl.

19. First use a small round nozzle to pipe flowers around the edges, and then use a 6-tooth piping nozzle to pipe flowers on the cake.

20. Decorate the middle of the cake with white chocolate and sugar beads.
