How to make delicious shallots

I believe everyone has eaten onions in life. Onions are also called shallots. Onions are generally used in cooking because many dishes can be seasoned by adding onions. Onions taste better and can even prevent diseases such as arteriosclerosis. Onions can be used for cooking and can also be used for cold dishes. So how to make shallots delicious?

Ingredients: onion, egg, corn starch, breadcrumbs.

1. Peel the onion and cut it into round slices. Add a little salt and black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Coat the marinated onion rings with a layer of starch and shake off the excess starch.

3.Evenly coat with a layer of egg liquid.

4. Coat all the onion rings with breadcrumbs one by one.

5. When the oil is about 60% to 70% hot, put in the onion rings and fry until golden brown; remove from the oil, drain the excess oil and serve.

Scrambled Eggs with Onions

Ingredients: 1 onion, 2 eggs, tomato sauce.

Beat the eggs and add appropriate amount of salt.

Wash the onion, cut it into strips, and soak it in water to avoid irritating your eyes;

Heat the iron pan, fry the eggs, and set aside for later use.

Pour oil into the wok, add onions over high heat and stir-fry quickly. Fry over high heat for about three minutes. When the onions are no longer crispy, add some salt.

During the stir-fry process, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce, then pour the eggs into the onions, stir-fry evenly and serve!

Stir-fried pork belly with onions

Ingredients: 300g cooked pork stomach, 100g onion, 50g green and red pepper, onion, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, water starch, sesame oil.

Slice the cooked pork belly and blanch it, wash and cut the onion into pieces, wash and seed the green and red peppers, and cut into pieces;

Heat the pan, add some oil, sauté the scallion and ginger, then add the onion and pork belly, and add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and sugar to season.

Add the green and red pepper pieces and stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of water starch to thicken, and a small amount of sesame oil to enhance the flavor. After stir-frying evenly, turn off the heat and serve.

Tip: You can also replace the pork belly with kidney or lung slices!

Fried beef with onions

Ingredients: 200g beef, 2 onions, 5 Hangzhou peppers, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 2 teaspoons barbecue sauce, crushed black pepper, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce and cooking wine, starch, 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce, and cooking oil.

1. Slice the beef, add barbecue sauce, crushed black pepper, cooking wine and starch, and mix well.

2. Dice the onion, cut the Hangzhou pepper into sections, and chop some scallion and ginger for later use.

3. Marinate the beef for a few minutes, then add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil and mix well.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated beef, stir-fry until it changes color and serve.

5. In another pot, add oil and heat it up. Add chopped green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add Hangzhou pepper and onion and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add the minced beef, oyster sauce and a little dark soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

7. Stir-fry evenly and thicken with water starch. Stir-fry until the sauce is bright and covers the ingredients before serving.
