Rice Cooker Grape Cake

Rice Cooker Grape Cake

Eating occupies an important position in our lives. How well a person eats is directly related to his sense of happiness. For the sake of ourselves and our families, it is better for us to cook at home as much as possible. The method of making rice cooker grape cake is simple, which provides another possibility for those who can't cook.

1. Prepare all the materials first. I use disposable cups to measure.

2. Separate the egg white and egg white and put them in an oil-free and water-free container.

3. Add one third of granulated sugar to the egg yolks and beat them.

4. Pour in all the corn oil and milk and beat until it becomes sticky and smooth.

5. Add all the cake flour and continue beating.

6. Beat until it is completely blended and the dough is smooth without any batter. Set aside for later use.

7. Then start beating the egg whites until bubbles appear.

8. Then add the remaining half of the granulated sugar to the egg whites and continue beating until visible white bubbles appear.

9. Then add the remaining granulated sugar and beat until it forms textures and white bubbles in the shape of inverted triangles appear when you lift the whisk.

10. Then use a rice spoon to scoop one-third of the beaten egg white into the reserved egg yolk, and stir evenly like turning a dish. Do not stir in circles as this will cause lumps to form.

11. After mixing evenly in the previous step, pour all the remaining egg whites into the mixed egg yolks, and continue to stir until evenly mixed.

12. Finally, preheat the rice cooker for five minutes, put the beaten egg white and egg yolk into the rice cooker, add some raisins, and then start the cooking mode. After five minutes, it will automatically jump to keep warm. After ten minutes of keep warm, it will manually jump to cooking, and repeat this process twice.

13. Put raisins on the upper layer, enter the cooking mode, and then automatically jump to keep warm, repeat this twice.

14. When it jumps back to keep warm for the fourth time, it can be taken out of the pot. Take out the inner pot of the rice cooker and place it upside down on a plate. Shake it a few times to let the cake fall off naturally.

15. Finally, cut it into eight pieces with a knife.

16. You can enjoy it with your family. Paired with a glass of milk, it tastes great!

The family gathered around the dinner table at dusk, eating the rice cooker grape cake they made by themselves. They must feel very happy and joyful in their hearts. I would like to remind everyone that this dish must be cooked thoroughly, and the soft texture is more suitable for consumption.
