How to make low-sugar mooncakes

1. Mix the syrup and soap water, stir evenly, then add salad oil and stir evenly.

2. Add baking soda and salt to 1 and mix well

3. Add low flour, mix well, knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for more than two hours.

4. Divide the relaxed dough into small pieces and the filling into 35g pieces. Wrap the filling with the dough. Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the surface of the mooncake ball, put it into the mooncake mold, turn it upside down on the workbench, press it down hard, and finally push the pressed mooncake out.

5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, spray a layer of water on the surface of the mooncake embryo, bake for 5-10 minutes, and then brush a layer of egg liquid on it after it cools down a little. Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
