14. Preheat the oven to 150° for 10 minutes. When the thermometer shows 150°, put the mold into the oven.

15. Finally, set the oven to 150° for 45 minutes. This is what it looks like after 30 minutes of baking. The cake will expand and then shrink a little. After baking, poke it with a toothpick to make sure it is not sticky.
