1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Wash, peel and slice the pears.

3. Cut into dices and put into a container, squeeze in lemon juice to prevent oxidation and blackening.

4. Heat the butter in a pan until softened.

5. Pour in white sugar.

6. Keep stirring until it turns brown.

7. Pour in diced duck pear.

8. After the pears have fully absorbed the sugar, they will have a buttery aroma. Add cinnamon powder after they become soft.

9. Stir evenly until the soup becomes thick.

10. Serve and set aside.

11. Cut off 4 sides of the toast.

12. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a flat and firm slice.

13. Place two spoonfuls of pear sauce in the lower middle.

14. Apply egg liquid all around.

15. Fold it up.

16. Use chopsticks to press down three sides.

17. Heat the butter in the microwave until it melts, then add honey and stir well.

18. Cut twice with a knife to prevent bulging.

19. Apply butter liquid.

20. After applying the coating one by one, place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.

21. Bake for 5 minutes, take out and apply a layer of egg liquid.

22. Continue baking until it is colored.

23. Sprinkle powdered sugar on the surface and serve while hot.
