How to make flower-shaped cookies

Although eating out can reduce a lot of trouble, it is often easy to cause certain negative effects on health. Therefore, it is best to cook by yourself. Flower-shaped cookies are simple to make and eating them often in life can promote health. More importantly, they taste very delicious.

1. Prepare the necessary materials and cookie cutter.

2. Add sugar to milk and heat until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool.

3. Soften the butter at room temperature and beat it with a whisk until it turns white.

4. Add the cooled milk and sugar solution in three batches and beat until the batter is shiny and slightly fluffy. (Adding uncooled milk sugar solution or pouring the milk sugar solution all at once can easily cause water and oil separation)

5. Put the sifted low flour, almond powder and salt into a bowl, stir until there is no dry powder and the batter is moist.

6. Put the flower nozzle into the opening of the piping bag. You can put the piping bag into a measuring cup as shown, and then put the cookie batter into the piping bag.

7. Use a scraper to scrape the batter to the nozzle as shown.

8. Hold the nozzle perpendicular to the baking tray and keep it 1 cm away from the baking tray to squeeze the cookies. When finishing, turn it one or two times clockwise at the center point and lift the nozzle up quickly and neatly.

9. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake on the middle layer for about 20 minutes. (Depending on your own oven, pay attention to the last few minutes of coloring) After baking, place the cookies on the baking rack to cool. If not eaten, store them in a sealed box.

Eating out is certainly convenient, but the hygiene of the food cannot be guaranteed. Flower-shaped cookies are easy to make and we can make them ourselves at home.
