2. Sift the powdered sugar and beat it with the softened butter at room temperature with a whisk. After the butter melts and the powdered sugar is absorbed, add an egg and continue beating until the butter looks fluffy and light.

3. Sift the flour and milk powder into the butter, then mix well with a scraper! Keep mixing until there are no particles or dry powder. It is slightly clumping at this time, but because of the butter, it will stick to the bowl. It is not a smooth dough, but more like a paste...?

4. Use a scraper to make the mixed noodles... paste? ?Put it in a piping bag and I just picked a piping nozzle...

5. I squeezed a baking tray as I pleased. This amount is just enough for a baking tray.

6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then place the baking tray in the middle layer, 180 degrees for 8 minutes, and finally 150 degrees for 10 minutes. Depending on the different ovens, the size of the cookies, time and temperature can be adjusted by yourself. Then it’s ready to serve! ! !
