How to make corn and pork floss sushi

Only when we eat healthily can our bodies be truly healthy. If we eat out for a long time because we are afraid of the trouble and don’t want to cook for ourselves, and end up damaging our health, it is not worth it. Corn and meat floss sushi is relatively simple to make and it is not troublesome, so don’t worry.

1. Mix sugar, salt and vinegar together and stir well.

2. After the refined salt and sugar are almost melted, add the rice. I used two cups of rice. I added it all and then stirred it thoroughly. Be careful to mix every grain of rice with the seasoning as much as possible.

3. Put the rice aside and let the steamed corn kernels cool down. I cooked the rice last night while steaming it to save time on making corn kernels. Then add a spoonful of salad dressing and mix well.

4. Prepare a sushi knife, a sushi mat, and a small spoon. Follow the imprints of the seaweed sheet (usually there are some), fold open three imprints, and prepare half a sheet of seaweed.

5. In the previous step, the curtain was placed upside down, which has been corrected in this step. Then, put an appropriate amount of rice into the flattened seaweed. Be careful not to put too much rice, as you will put corn kernels on it later. Finally, roll up the rice into an oval shape. Make sure the head and tail of the seaweed surface just meet each other. Don't make it too long or too short. If it's too long, it won't look good, and if it's too short, it won't be able to be wrapped.

6. Then, cut about one centimeter apart. Be very careful, otherwise it will fall apart! As shown in the picture below, use a small spoon to push the rice down to leave room for the corn kernels. If there is too much rice at the beginning, you can consider using a spoon to scoop some of it out, but be very careful and it is a bit difficult.

7. Finally, use a small spoon to scoop up an appropriate amount of corn kernels and spread them on top.

8. Next, I will introduce the method of making pork floss and sour radish sushi. Unlike corn sushi, all the ingredients and rice are put into seaweed, rolled up, and then cut. I used the remaining half of the seaweed, and then put in rice, pork floss, and sour radish in turn.

9. Press firmly but don’t press too hard, otherwise the sushi will burst, as shown below.
