How to make Cantonese fried dough sticks

I accidentally saw a food tutorial, but didn’t know where to start. In fact, as long as you take action and learn some simple and easy-to-make dishes, you can enjoy the fun. The method of Cantonese fried dough sticks is convenient and quick. Before serving, squeeze in lemon juice to enhance the flavor.

1. Rub with your hands once every hour, 3 times in total

2. Mix all the ingredients and auxiliary materials in a bowl, knead into dough, and ferment in a warm place for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.

3. Apply a layer of oil on the chopping board. Because the dough is very soft and sticky, take the dough out of the bowl and press it into a rectangle about 1 cm thick on the chopping board. Let it ferment for about 1 hour.

4. Cut the noodles into rectangles and into strips about 5 cm long.

5. Stack the two dough pieces together and press them in the middle with chopsticks.

6. Heat the oil to about 70% hot, pull the noodles from both ends with your hands and gently put them into the pot, turning them over and frying until golden brown.

This dish is edible for most people, including the elderly, children, and women. However, those who suffer from gastrointestinal discomfort should eat less. Although delicious food is tasty, don't be greedy.
