How to make wild vegetable egg pancake

2. Dice the two colored peppers and chives with a knife, beat 2 eggs into a bowl, add salt, spicy fresh, five-spice powder, and chicken essence.

3. Chop the wild vegetables that have been soaked in water and add them, mix well

10. Increase or decrease the heat appropriately

13. Serve on a plate. If you have a mold, you can press out your favorite pattern on the pancake! The ones I pressed out are 2 heart-shaped ones, 2 hexagonal ones, and 2 Christmas tree-shaped ones. Then use a knife to cut into triangles and combine them as you like!
