How to make Thousand Layer Meat Pie

Healthy eating is an issue that each of us should pay attention to. If an improper diet causes a disease and leads to physical damage, it will be too late to regret it. 1. Take an appropriate amount of white flour, use warm water to knead it into a smooth dough, and let it rest for half an hour. While waiting, add the meat filling.

2. Add appropriate amount of pork filling, chopped green onion, an egg, oyster sauce, seafood soy sauce, salt, thirteen spices, and sesame oil, and stir well in one direction. (This is the step of making dumpling fillings)

3. After the dough has rested, take it out and knead it a few more times. Take out a piece the size of your palm and put the rest back in place to prevent the skin from drying out.

4. Take out a palm-sized amount of dough, knead it a few times, and roll it into a thin round sheet.

5. Spread the meat filling evenly on the dough.

6. Make a cut on each side of the lower part, leaving the middle intact, and wrap the dough up on both sides, as shown in the following picture.

7. Fold the wrapped part upwards, make a cut on each side, and repeat step 5.
