Yogurt tastes good, so it is very popular among the people, because it is not only valuable, but also can help digestion. Especially after we eat some greasy food, drinking some yogurt can effectively prevent weight gain. Generally, yogurt can only be made after fermentation. So can yogurt be drunk if it is not fermented?

There may be several reasons why yogurt fermentation is not successful.

One is that the amount of leavening agent is too small or the leavening agent has become ineffective.

The second is that the fermentation temperature is too low or the fermentation time is too short.

Third, there are antibiotics in milk, which kill the lactic acid bacteria in the starter.

Boil the unfermented milk to see if it can clump. If it clumps, it means it is acidic and it is best not to drink it.

If there are no lumps and no unusual smell, and it still smells like normal milk, then it should be fine and you can still drink it.

Milk is food, and baking powder is also food. It’s just that the skills are not mastered in the process of making yogurt, so it does not become yogurt. Yogurt not only retains all the advantages of milk, but also, through the processing process, it also makes the best use of its strengths and avoids its weaknesses, making it a nutritional health product that is more suitable for humans.

(1) Fresh milk should be placed immediately in a cool place, preferably in the refrigerator.

(2) Do not expose milk to the sun or light. Sunlight and light will destroy several vitamins in milk and also cause it to lose its aroma.

(3) Keep the bottle cap closed to prevent other odors from entering the milk.

(4) Pour the milk into a cup, teapot or other container. If not finished, cover the lid and put it back in the refrigerator. Do not pour it back into the original bottle.

(5) Excessive cooling also has adverse effects on milk. When milk is frozen into ice, its quality suffers. Therefore, milk should not be frozen, just refrigerate it.
