How to make sugar-coated pancakes

1. Boil the noodles in boiling water. Pour the boiling water while stirring with chopsticks until it becomes floc-like.

2. Wait for the dough to cool down slightly, knead it into a smooth dough, cover the pot, and let it rise for 30 minutes.

3. Prepare two bowls and weigh 20 grams of white sugar and brown sugar each.

4. Add 8 grams of flour to each bowl.

5. After the dough has risen, knead it into long strips.

6. Cut into pieces the size of dumplings.

7. Roll the dough into round cakes and top them with brown sugar.

11. Do the same with white sugar. Finish all the steps.

12. Heat oil in a frying pan and put in the sugar cakes.

13. Cover the pot and fry slowly over medium-low heat.

14. Fry until one side is golden brown, turn over, cover the pan, and fry the other side. It takes about 6-7 minutes to fry until cooked through.

15. Fry all the sugar cakes one by one.
