How to make assorted braised noodles

Chinese people have always been particular about food, and whether the food is good or not is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not deal with three meals a day casually. Some people may find it troublesome and too lazy to cook by themselves. In fact, the method of assorted braised noodles is easy and it can be completed in a little time. You may as well give it a try.

1. Prepare the food. Cut the fungus into strips or small pieces, dice the sausage, pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt into a small bowl, add a little water and mix well.

2. Cook the noodles until half cooked, then turn off the heat (if you like them chewy, you can put them in cold water)

3. In another pot, add a little oil, sauté the chopped green onion, add the sausage and stir-fry for a few times, add the fungus and mixed vegetables, pour the prepared sauce into the pot, stir-fry for one minute

4. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, just enough to cover the vegetables. Put the half-cooked noodles into the pot, cover the pot and simmer for 2-3 minutes. If it is cut noodles, simmer for about 5 minutes.

5. Heat the pot, stir the noodles and vegetables evenly with chopsticks, and serve.

In fact, we don’t need to think of cooking as too complicated. There are still many simple dishes, such as the assorted braised noodles, which are very simple to make.
