How to cook drunken saury

Friends who like to eat pasta must not miss the method of drunken saury. Its flavors are very diverse and can be determined according to your own preferences. It can be easily made anywhere. After the method and ingredients are prepared, you can start cooking. Its nutritional value is very high and can help the human body improve anemia and enhance the body's immunity.

1. Wash the saury and drain the water (let the belly of the fish face down for better water control)

2. Then cut into 3-4 cm segments

3. Chop green onions, slice ginger, dry chili peppers, star anise

4. Put 1/3 of vegetable oil in the pot and heat it to 50% hot (control the oil temperature well, otherwise the oil temperature will be too low and the fried food will not turn yellow, or the oil temperature will be too high and the fried food will be easily burnt)

5. Add the chopped fish evenly, fry all the fish until golden brown, remove and drain the oil for later use (the fish should be evenly added to the pot, otherwise they will easily stick together)

6. Leave a proper amount of oil in the pot, add the scallion, ginger and black beans and stir-fry until fragrant

7. Add appropriate amount of tomato sauce and sugar and stir-fry (use medium heat, the tomato sauce will easily become mushy if the heat is too high)

8. Add dried chili peppers, appropriate amount of white vinegar and aged vinegar and continue to stir-fry (add vinegar along the edge of the pot to bring out the aroma of vinegar)

9. Add beer and fried fish fillets (turn it over gently, then boil it to let the aroma of beer penetrate the fish fillets)

10. Add appropriate amount of water (about one centimeter of water covering the fish pieces)

11. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for half an hour.

Of course, we are not saying that you cannot eat out at all, but don’t eat out too often. Although the recipe of drunken saury is not complicated, it is very delicious.
