Salted duck wings recipe

1. Chop the duck wings into 3 pieces and soak them in cold water for half an hour to remove the blood.

2. Put all the spices into the seasoning bag

3. Blanch the duck wings in boiling water to remove blood and impurities

4. Wash the blanched duck wings in cold water

5. In another pot, pour enough water to cover the duck wings, add the scallion, ginger, seasoning bag, carrot slices, cooking wine, rock sugar, and salt into the water and bring to a boil over high heat

6. Pour the washed duck wings into the water, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for half an hour. Turn off the heat and soak the duck wings for half an hour before serving. Let them cool down and eat. In summer, they will taste better after being refrigerated for two hours.
