How to make soybean sauce-flavored big bones

1. Soak the large bones in clean water for more than two hours, changing the water twice during this period

2. Clean the big bones, put them in a bowl, and add white pepper powder.

3. Add cooking wine

4. Add dark soy sauce

5. Add sesame oil

6. Add soybean paste

7. Add salt

8. Add onion, ginger and garlic, mix well with your hands, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for more than two hours (it is best to marinate it the night before for better flavor)

9. Put the marinated large bones into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, add cold water until it is level with the bones (do you see the oil in the soup? That is the old soup left from my previous marinated bones)

10. Select the "Beans/Tendons" button and set the temperature to keep warm for 50 minutes.

11. When the time is up, just drain the valve.

12. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
