How to make rennet tofu

For some people who have basically no cooking skills, cooking by themselves is difficult for them. Many people want to learn how to make some home-cooked dishes. The method of making rennet tofu is very easy. Even if you have no basic knowledge and never cook, you can master the cooking method of this dish quickly after learning.

1. Wash and soak 50g soybeans in water for four hours.

2. Soaked soybeans make you fatter~

3. (I soaked it the night before and put it in a cool place, just in time for use in the morning)

4. Put the soaked soybeans into the soymilk machine, add water to the upper limit and process twice with the whole bean function.

5. (My soymilk machine is quite old. I think the tofu pudding made by processing it twice will be more delicate.)

6. Sieve the prepared soy milk twice. The freshly made soy milk is very hot, so be careful when operating.

7. (Don’t throw away the bean dregs, they are very good for frying or making noodles)

8. Add 20g of cold boiled water to 3g of lactone.

9. Heat the filtered soy milk to 85-90℃ and pour into the lactone water.

10. (Pour the soy milk from a higher position. If you don’t have a thermometer, you can boil the soy milk for 2-3 minutes. When you see a thin layer of oil skin on the surface of the soy milk, which is about 90°C, pick out the oil skin and rinse the soy milk into the lactone water.)

11. Use a small colander to quickly scoop out the foam on the surface, cover it, put it in warm water, and let it stand for 20 minutes.

12. (Cover the steam hole on the lid with a towel to better keep warm)

13.0 minutes, tofu pudding is ready~

14. Put the tofu mold in a basin, put a piece of cloth in the mold, and pour the tofu pudding into the mold.

15. Wrap the tofu pudding with a cloth.

16. Cover the mold and press on the weight. The process takes 30 minutes.

17. (Because water will keep seeping out during the process of forming tofu, I put the mold directly into the sink; if you like it to be tenderer or older, you can increase or decrease the pressure and make time yourself)

18. Time is up, homemade healthy tofu~
