How to make egg burrito

Many office workers choose to eat out for three meals a day. After all, they are tired from work and it is not easy to cook for themselves. In fact, the method of making hand-pulled egg burrito is very simple, and this dish is rich in nutrition. Office workers can eat delicious food as long as they overcome a little effort, and at the same time they can live a healthier life.

1. Prepare the required ingredients as shown in the picture. I was going to make 4 pancakes, so I used two hams and 4 skewers. You can add according to your preferences. Wash the lettuce. Cut cucumber into long strips.

2. Select the frying and baking mode on the electric pancake machine. Add a small spoonful of oil (this is a non-stick pan. Use less oil because it is best not to use oil when making pancakes) and bake the ham and meat skewers.

3. Add water to the flour and mix it into a paste. (I didn’t add salt or chicken powder because seafood sauce is salty. If you want to add it, I suggest you add less)

4. Select the egg pancake mode on the electric pancake machine, pour two spoons of batter, and use a pusher to push the batter into a round shape.

5. Beat an egg, use a whisk to break up the egg, and spread it evenly on the pancake.

6. When the eggs are cooked, turn the pancake over so that the eggs are facing the bottom of the pan. When the eggs are fully cooked, take the pancake out and put it on a plate.

7. Spread an appropriate amount of seafood sauce on the pancake and add your favorite vegetables.

8. Roll up the pancake and put it in a plastic bag. That's good. Just grab it in your hand and eat it.
