1. Add flour and sweet potato starch to eggs in a 1:1 ratio and mix well.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté onions until fragrant, add shredded carrots, shredded potatoes, and diced sausage and stir-fry until half-cooked, then add a little salt.

3. Add the fried seasonings and chopped green onions into the batter, add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce and mix well.

4. Heat the pan, add a little oil and pour in the batter. Use a spoon to spread the batter, fry it until it is slightly set, then turn it over and fry it again.

5. Fry until both sides are golden brown.

Although the mixed pancakes are high in vitamins, ladies who love beauty should not eat them too much every day. They should be alert to the occurrence of yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire. They must eat healthily, exercise properly, and supplement nutrients.
