How to make stir-fried thousand sheets

We don’t have to eat all kinds of delicacies to get the nutrients our body needs. There are some ingredients that can be used to make delicious and nutritious dishes. For example, stir-fried bean curd sheets are not difficult to make and are in line with the taste of the general public. It is a very good choice.

1. Wash the thousand sheets, roll them up, cut them into shreds, and shake them apart. Remove the seeds from the green and red peppers and cut into strips. After boiling water in a pot, add the bean curd sheets and blanch them for 10 seconds, then remove from the pot, rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.

4. Add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar and chicken essence into a small bowl and mix well for later use.

5. Pour oil into the pan and heat it. Add chopped garlic, peppercorns and dried chilies and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

6. Add green and red pepper shreds, turn to high heat and stir-fry until soft.

7. Pour in the blanched bean curd sheets and stir well over high heat. (It should be noted here that there are generally two types of thousand sheets sold on the market, one is thick and the other is ultra-thin. The thin ones will clump when poured into stir-fry, and you need to use chopsticks to break them up, but the thick ones will not.)

8. After stirring evenly, pour the prepared sauce along the edge of the pot, stir-fry over high heat until it is absorbed and then turn off the heat.

9. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds for decoration and flavor.
