How to make the dough

Some people may think that cooking at home is too complicated. In fact, it is not impossible to have a delicious and nutritious dinner at home as long as you master some simple recipes. It is easy to make dough. Even if you don’t have a talent for cooking, you can still make delicious dishes for your family.

1. Let the kneaded dough rest for 30 minutes, then put it into clean water and start washing it. When the clear water becomes turbid flour water, pour the flour water into a clean basin. Continue to repeat this step about 4-5 times and the gluten will be washed.

2. Mix 500g flour, 300g water and 2g salt together to make dough.

3. Steam the gluten for 20 minutes, take it out and let it cool down and cut it into small cubes

4. Put the collected flour water into the refrigerator to settle for more than 2 hours, preferably overnight.

5. After the flour and water have settled, pour out the water on top, stir the flour at the bottom of the basin evenly, add water to the pot and bring to a boil, pour a spoonful of flour and water into the pizza pan, shake it gently and steam it for 2 minutes. Do not take over the pot in the middle. Rinse the steamed dough directly with cold water and then put it on a plate for later use.

6. Brush a layer of cooking oil on the surface of the steamed dough and drop them one by one on the plate.

7. Add salt, balsamic vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil, chili oil, sugar, and sesame paste to the chopped cucumber, dough, gluten, minced garlic, and coriander, then dilute with water and mix with chopsticks and serve.

The method of mixing noodles is very simple and easy to operate, and it does not consume a lot of energy. It is most suitable for office workers. The cooking process is not troublesome and you can do other things. The moment it comes out of the pot, you will definitely be stimulated by the aroma.
