How to make vegetable buns (celery, eggs, beans and vermicelli)

The method of making vegetable buns (celery, eggs, beans and vermicelli) is very simple. If you really want to cook for yourself but are not confident in your cooking skills, you might as well try this dish.

1. First, dissolve the yeast powder with a little warm water, add an appropriate amount of flour, mix well to form a dough, cover it with a lid and let it ferment for 40 minutes.

2. Add flour to the fermented dough, fold it, and let it rise for a while. This will make it delicious.

3. After kneading the dough, pick all the useful ingredients, wash and drain, cut into small pieces for later use. (Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and mix well, then fry them in a frying pan. I didn’t take a photo)

4. Take a small wok, add a little oil, fry the scallion and ginger, then add the beans and stir-fry until cooked.

5. Then add the chopped celery, vermicelli (soaked in boiling water), and carrots, stir-fry for a few times, add appropriate amount of salt and five-spice powder, mix well, and the filling is ready!

6. Take a small piece of the dough, fold it into long strips, cut it into small pieces, and use a rolling pin to roll it into dough skins.

7. Take the rolled dough and put the filling in it. Hold it up with your left hand and pinch it in one direction with your right hand to close the opening. The buns are ready!

8. Take a steamer, add appropriate amount of water, put in the steamer, place the buns, cover with lid, and steam for 20 minutes.

9. The buns are out of the pot! Come and eat quickly!
