How to make colorful fried steamed buns

1. Wash the bell peppers and onions and set aside

6. Dice the onion and set aside

20. Quickly use chopsticks to break up the eggs in the pan and fry them.

21. Remove from the pan, put in a bowl and set aside

22. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 60% to 70% hot.

23. When the oil is hot, add the diced steamed buns.

24. Stir-fry the steamed buns quickly until they are dry and the shells are removed. Add the cumin powder.

25. After stir-frying evenly, add the fried diced vegetables

26. Continue to stir-fry, add the remaining diced onions, and then add the fried diced eggs.

27. Continue to stir-fry over high heat, add the garlic slices, stir-fry for a while and prepare to serve.

28. Stir fry everything evenly, cover the pot and turn off the heat.

29. Remove from the pan, put on a plate, and prepare to eat
