How to make colorful crystal circles

A good diet is directly related to our health. It is easy to eat out, but health is not guaranteed. Therefore, even if we have limited time, we might as well cook some simple dishes at home. The method of making colorful crystal circles is very simple and can provide the body with a variety of necessary nutrients.

1. Prepare all the materials. Divide 250g of tapioca flour into 5 small powders evenly, take 5g of matcha powder, red yeast rice powder and cocoa powder respectively, and keep the ratio of candied red beans, coconut milk, peanuts, pumpkin and tapioca flour at 2:1.

2. Peel the pumpkin, take 100g, and steam it in a pot.

3. Take 50g of tapioca flour, add 5g of red yeast rice powder and 8g of condensed milk and mix well.

4. Slowly add 50ml boiling water. Use a spoon to stir quickly while adding so that the powder can absorb the boiling water.

5. Then knead it into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap to keep warm. The red yeast dough is ready.

6. Add 8g of condensed milk to the steamed pumpkin while it is still hot, mash and mix well.

7. Add 50g of tapioca flour.

8. Use a spoon to mix quickly and evenly to form a smooth dough. The pumpkin dough is ready.

9. Use the above method to make matcha dough, cocoa dough, original dough respectively, add pumpkin dough and red yeast dough, and all the doughs are ready.

10. Cut the prepared dough into long strips and then into pieces.

11. Cut all the dough into small pieces.

12. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.

13. Add the small round pieces and cook over medium-low heat.

14. Cook until it floats and then continue cooking for 5 minutes.

15. Cook all the small round pieces separately, remove them and chill them in ice water.

16. After cooling, the small round blocks look chewy and crystal clear.

17. Pour the coconut milk into a bowl.

18. Add the cooked crystal circles.

19. Serve some peanuts.

20. Add the candied red beans. Please refer to the previous recipe for the method of making sweetened red beans.

21. Pour some condensed milk on it.

22. The colorful crystal circles are ready.
