How to cook onion squid

Chinese people have always attached great importance to eating, and it's no wonder. Only by eating well can people be healthier and happier. 1. Prepare seasonings, wash and cut onions and green peppers into pieces, and cut squid into small pieces.

2. Mix the sauce: 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon cooking wine, a little salt and sugar, mix well and set aside

3. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and add a few drops of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell of the squid. After the water boils, blanch the squid and remove it after a while for later use.

4. Put a little cooking oil in another wok, fry a few Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant, and remove the peppercorns.

5. Then add the minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add onions and fry until fragrant

7. Add green pepper pieces and squid flowers in turn

8. Stir well and pour into the bowl of sauce

9. Stir-fry quickly to make sure the vegetables are evenly coated with the sauce and then remove from heat and serve.

10. Place on a plate and serve on the table to enjoy the delicious meal.
