How to make steamed nutritious buns

Chinese people have always been particular about food, and whether the quality of food is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not deal with three meals a day casually. Some people may find it troublesome and too lazy to cook for themselves. In fact, it is easy to make steamed nutritious buns. It only takes a little time to complete. You may as well give it a try.

1. Peel the pumpkin, steam it, and mash it into pumpkin puree.

2. Add appropriate amount of pumpkin puree to the flour, yeast dissolved in warm water and milk to make dough and let it stand for one to two hours to ferment (the steamed buns taste better when the dough is softer).

3. Divide the dough into four parts and knead one of them into long strips.

4. Divide into small pieces, sprinkle with appropriate amount of dry flour and press into cakes

5. Roll into dough

6. Take two in a group and fold the dough in half.

7. Continue to fold the second dough in half and cut it into three parts with a knife.

8. Align the two identical pieces and stack them up.

9. Use the chopsticks to press down horizontally and pull out the chopsticks.

10. Press the two chopsticks vertically on both sides at the same time, bring the two ends of the chopsticks together and pull out the chopsticks.

11. The Lianhuajuan steamed buns are ready. Ferment for 20 minutes, steam them in hot water for 20 minutes and simmer for 2 minutes.

12. It’s delicious and easy to make, and tastes great!
